• Being of age and having full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions that are on the website.
• That the data supplied when making the online reservation are true, complete, and concise.

• That access to this website is the user’s responsibility.
• That once the reservation is made, the electronic document in which it has been formalized will be filed, and you can access it at any time.

The payment of the same will be made effective at the chosen Hotel, the payment if it is non-refundable is charged in advance and if it is flexible two days before, in case of arriving on the day and it has to be paid in advance and only in the case of cancellations or no shows, the reservation will be canceled and the charge fixed in the conditions of the rate will be made.

Prices

The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT. The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and regime chosen, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any non-specified service and extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc… Check-in and check-out times as a general rule and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2 pm on the arrival day and must be vacated by 12 noon on the departure day.

Passports and visas

All passengers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, be it a passport or ID, according to current legislation. It will be the responsibility of the individual to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. when journeys require it. Minors under 18 must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. In case the granting of visas is rejected by some Authority, for particular reasons of the user, or entry into the country is denied due to lack of requirements demanded, or by defect in the required documentation, or for not being a carrier of the same, the hotel disclaims all responsibility for events of this nature, being the consumer’s expense any expense that originates, applying in these circumstances the conditions and norms established for the case of no-show.
